This position will:
This position requires a high level of football knowledge, expertise with running backs, excellent work ethic along with strong motivational, teaching/coaching and communication skills. Candidates are expected to be committed to multiculturalism and working with a diverse student body. This position requires the ability to travel extensively including overnight stays for recruiting and competitions.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an on-going basis without sponsorship.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience coaching or competing in football at a highly competitive level (post high school).
Preferred Qualifications:
Successful NCAA DI and/or professional football coaching experience with expertise working with running backs.
Successful NCAA DI and/or professional football playing experience.
Demonstrated ability to recruit and coach highly skilled student-athletes and have strong recruiting connections.
