Assistant Football Coach (Offensive Coordinator)
Position Overview: The Assistant Football Coach – Offensive Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Head Coach with coaching duties and overseeing the overall operation of the football program. This role includes the installation and implementation of the offensive scheme and assisting with decisions regarding offensive personnel, including recruiting, current roster management, and staff development.
Essential Responsibilities:
Assist with the scouting and recruitment of qualified student-athletes to build a competitive team.
Promote and support the football program through community engagement and media relations.
Coordinate and monitor the academic retention program for football student-athletes to ensure academic success and eligibility.
Assist with scheduling opponents to develop a competitive season schedule.
Comply with all policies, regulations, and rules of the NCAA, the conference, and Quincy University, including adherence to the Quincy University Code of Ethics for Coaches.
Assist in monitoring and enforcing student-athletes’ adherence to the Quincy University Code of Ethics for Student-Athletes.
Work closely with the Athletic Training staff to ensure the proper completion and submission of training room paperwork.
Assist in developing and overseeing the strength and conditioning program to enhance the physical development of student-athletes.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach or Director of Athletics.

Requirements:
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
