Conference), and women’s equestrian (National Collegiate Equestrian Association). This is a 12-month, full-time, benefits-eligible position.

KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES

:

The responsibility of this position involves assisting in all aspects of maintaining a successful

NCAA

Division I men’s basketball program by assisting with player development and assist the Athletic Department in achieving the goals for student-athlete development.

MINIMUM

QUALIFICATIONS

:

Bachelor’s degree by application date;

At least one year of extensive knowledge and understanding the sport of basketball and familiar with all aspects of men’s basketball;

Self-directed and motivated;

Effective communication (oral, written, and interpersonal) skills;

Availability to work nights and weekends; and

Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.

PREFERRED

QUALIFICATIONS

:

General knowledge of

NCAA

manual and governance structure; and

Knowledge of recruiting practices, summer camps experience, collegiate basketball related experience, and Division I experience.
