Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach

The United States Naval Academy Athletic Association (NAAA) is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Lacrosse Coach for the Navy Men’s Varsity Lacrosse team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, coaching the team daily in practices and in individual practices, organizing practice routines, assist with strength conditioning and alternative training programs, scheduling, participating in the summer, fall and winter camp/clinic programs and tournaments, and assisting in the budget process.

Applicants must have a successful playing and coaching background at the college level. Successful candidates must also have experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and ARMS, a recruiting database, video editing, scouting and scouting reports. Additionally, applicant must have solid social media presence and knowledge for Facebook, twitter, and Instagram. Applicant must have the ability to recruit top level lacrosse players from all over the country and to be able to communicate effectively with club coaches, recruits and their families. Applicant must have clear knowledge of NCAA rules.
