Apply Now
- Assist the Men's Rowing Coach during team practices and races. Emphasis on planning and collaboration with coaching staff.
- Assist with student-athlete development athletically and academically.
- Assist the head coach with other duties to ensure the success of the program such as fundraising, operations and logistics.
- Assist in the coordination of team travel with other rowing and athletic department staff.
- Follow all university, athletic department, NCAA, and IRA rules and policies.
- Assist in the planning and organization of on campus recruiting and camps and clinics
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Former collegiate rower or coach with knowledge of rowing.

- University City – Philadelphia, PA
Additional Information
This is a Part-time Per Diem position classified as Non-exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
