We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as an Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach. This role will support the head men's soccer coach with various teaching, coaching, recruiting, and scouting responsibilities to contribute to the success of the men’s soccer program.

Job Duties:

• Assist with the development and improvement of individual and team skills.
• Develop and implement on-field practice plans designed to enhance player performance.
• Provide direct, in-game coaching during matches.
• Conduct or assist with team and individual film sessions for performance evaluation and growth.
• Evaluate and recruit potential student-athletes to join the program.
• Analyze and break down game film of opponents.
• Prepare detailed scouting reports for assigned opponents and present findings to the coaching staff and team.
• Maintain weekly check-ins with current, past, and prospective student-athletes.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the head coach.

Qualifications

• High School (or GED) level ability in grammar, spelling, basic composition, and math.
• First Aid/CPR Certified.

Required skills, knowledge, abilities:

• Basic knowledge of the game of soccer
• Availability for frequent weekend hours and travel as required.
• Ability to work in environments with exposure to noise during soccer games.
