Title: Assistant Softball Coach

Occupational Summary

The opportunity to coach a Top 10 softball program at Duke University contend for Championships assisting with hitting and defense while effectively serving the Department of Athletics and assist the Head Softball Coach by performing roles and responsibilities that will help effectively manage the day-to-day operations of a Division I softball program in accordance with NCAA, ACC Conference and Duke University policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:

· Teach and educate student-athletes on proper fundamentals, techniques and game strategies in softball.

· Assist with the recruitment of student-athletes

· Assist with video and film review
