BASIC PURPOSE: The Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach will support and assist the Head Strength and Conditioning coach in all development and management of a comprehensive NCAA Division II of athletic strength and conditioning program as a component of the University experience, which enhances and supports the students’ Assumption education. Duties will include the development, supervision, and facilitation of strength and conditioning training of both men and women student-athletes participating in intercollegiate athletic programs.

This position requires the candidate to lift and move 5-125 lbs of weight to demonstrate, spot, and rack loose weights for safety and job performance.
