$49,374 - $81,185 annually

Job Description:

• Instruct student-athletes in ways to strengthen their Swimming Skills and teamwork skills
• Monitor student-athletes academic and athletic performance
• Additional Duties as assigned to support the overall function of the athletic department
• Teach limited classes as assigned in HHP 
• Serve as an assistant Director of Dragon Swim School
• Contribute to student growth and development.
• Support Minnesota State University Moorhead's strategic priority of creating a campus community that is diverse, inclusive, globally aware, and just.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Commitment to academic success of student-athletes
• Coaching experience at collegiate level or Club Level
• Ability to recruit top level student-athletes
• Effective communication and computer skills

Preferred Qualification 

• Skills/ability to integrate technology to enhance learning and teaching.
• Two years of Collegiate Swimming coaching
• Knowledge of NCAA II and the NSIC conference
