Job Duties

| Description of Job Duties |
- Identifying, evaluating and recruiting student-athletes.
- Maintaining and organizing recruiting database (physical and virtual).
- Coordinating logistics for recruiting events, to include paperwork, compliance, itineraries, meetings, lodging, transportation, food, location, etc.
- Overseeing roster management for the football program.
- Working closely with Athletics Compliance to monitor various aspects of the program, including but not limited to eligibility, scholarship totals, walk on program etc.
- Managing current and future student-athlete needs with the Head Coach and coaching staff.
- Managing and supervising recruiting assistants and student workers.
- Assisting with administrative duties for summer football camps.
- Serving as a liaison for football program recruitment to senior administration, video department, strength & conditioning, sports medicine, and equipment, compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Must have a valid driver’s license, driving record that is insurable by UIW insurance carrier, and be at least 21 years of age, as required to drive for UIW.

20 hours per week within the business hours of Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm and team schedule with flexibility, including some weekends, evenings and holidays.

Ability to lift equipment, tools, and/or materials weighing up to 25 pounds waist high.
