| Position Summary |
This position will assist the head coach with a highly competitive, Division I Track & Field Program in the SEC; assist with coaching and staff administration as it relates to recruiting, budgets, traveling, public relations, fund-raising camps and clinics; organizing and conducting practices and competitions; and administering and promoting all phases of the Track & Field Program.

- Successful recruiting experience.
- Comprehend and adhere to NCAA, SEC, and institutional policies and procedures in the sport of Track & Field.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals, customers, and the general public.Proactively solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete and abstract variables in situations where only a limited standardization exists.
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
