Minot State University, an NCAA Division II institution and proud member of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC), is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach. This full-time, 12-month position is responsible for carrying out all duties assigned by the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach as they relate to the administration of the sport and to always work in the best interest of the student athletes and the volleyball program. The candidate will demonstrate a commitment to athletic and academic excellence and uphold the values and mission of Minot State University and its athletics department.

Primary Responsibilities
•    Assist in development of a competitive women’s volleyball program that will represent the institution and community in a positive manner. 
•    Work with Associate Director of Athletics for Compliance and Student Life to ensure all players meet applicable eligibility requirements and prepare all necessary forms on a timely basis. 
•    Assist in development of practice and competition schedule. 
•    Assist in conducting productive and meaningful practice sessions. 
•    Assist in making travel arrangements for team and recruitment. 
•    Conduct fundraising activities to supplement the program budget.
