Assistant Women's Basketball Coach

The University of Evansville, a member of the Missouri Valley Conference, invites applications for the position of Assistant Coach for the Women's Basketball program.

This position assists the Head Coach in all facets of managing a competitive NCAA Division I program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: practice and game preparation, recruiting, scouting, individual player development, and administrative duties in alignment with university, conference, and NCAA regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all daily operations of the women’s basketball program
  • Assist with planning and conducting practices and competitions
  • Coordinate and execute recruiting efforts, both on and off campus
  • Scout opponents and develop game strategies
  • Foster a positive team environment and support student-athlete development
  • Ensure compliance with all NCAA, MVC, and university rules and policies
  • Serve as a representative of the program to the university and local community
