Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach. The ideal candidate will assist the head coach in all aspects of the women's basketball program, including player development, game strategy, and recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the head coach in planning and conducting practices
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to players
- Assist in developing game strategies and analyzing opponents
- Recruit student-athletes to the program
- Assist in monitoring academic progress of student-athletes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Recruiting experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
