Under the direction of the Head Women's Basketball Coach, the Assistant Coach will assist with all phases of the program. Primary responsibilities will be to administer in the areas of player development, game management and strategy, on and off-campus recruiting and scouting. Preferred Qualifications:
Evidence of successful experience at a competitive intercollegiate level in the sport of Women's Basketball
Experience in conducting camps, clinics and tournaments
Evidence of recruiting experience along with strong connections to the Women's Basketball community
Specialized knowledge and use of technology and video to enhance player development and team performance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and detail-orientated skills
