Experience in collegiate-level coaching or playing, with strong recruiting connections a plus
Clear knowledge and adherence to NCAA and Ohio Valley Conference rules and policies
A proven ability to support the holistic development of student-athletes
A strong understanding of the balance between competitiveness and compliance
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous collegiate or professional coaching or playing experience
- Strong communication and organization skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree
- 1-2 years of collegiate coaching experience as an NCAA Division I or II assistant coach, or NCAA Division II or III, NAIA or NJCAA head coach experience, or professional playing experience

Additional Information: This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship. International students at SIUE on F-1 or J-1 visas are not eligible for full-time or part-time civil service positions with permanent status.
