Gardner-Webb University seeks an Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach to assist the Head Coach with personnel and their responsibilities – including but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, travel, meals, recruiting, scouting, purchase and care of equipment, teaching of team defenses, all while adhering to Big South Conference, NCAA, Athletics Department, and University rules and regulations. The assistant coach will provide a climate and culture that brings together and promotes through education for all individuals without regard to their background, race, origin, gender, culture, religion, beliefs, or physical or mental abilities.
The Assistant Coach will assist the Head Coach in establishing and implementing recruiting, academic, athletic, and community service policies for student-athletes. FT Assistant Coach will also assist with Lacrosse Summer Camps, Fall Camp and Winter Camp.
Bachelor's degree and at least one year of coaching experience, as well as knowledge of of NCAA rules and regulations. Masters degree or former Head Coaching experience preferred.
