Major Responsibilities: Under the direct supervision of the Head Coach, assist with the responsibilities of a Division I Women’s Rowing program which includes open- and lightweight rowers in accordance with NCAA, Big Ten, and University regulations. Primary responsibilities include:

Four (4) years of collegiate coaching experience required to be considered for the Associate Head Coach Business Title.
Bachelor's degree required

Conditions of Appointment: This is a Limited appointment. Salary will be assigned within the appropriate range, commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience. An excellent benefits package is also included.
