Position Information
Under the direction of the Women's Head Soccer Coach, the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach recruits qualified soccer players that can receive regular admission to the university. Assist the head coach with program needs that include but not limited to: in game and practice session coaching, improve student-athlete skill level through individual and video instruction, academic monitoring of team members, scouting opponents, video preparation and distribution to opponents in home games as well as coordinate team travel for traditional and non-traditional seasons. Comply with all NCAA and Big West Conference rules and regulations; manage all compliance activities including NCAA time management, CARA logs, and recruiting logs. The full salary range for the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach is $43,500 -$70,900 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training with a college-level program.
