The assistant women's soccer coach helps a head coach manage the soccer program by assisting in coaching, practice planning, player development, recruiting, academic monitoring, and administrative duties like travel and equipment. Key responsibilities include teaching fundamental soccer skills, supporting team strategy, maintaining NCAA/NAIA compliance, recruiting student-athletes, and ensuring player academic success.

Promotes, monitors, and assesses student athletes' academic success.
Assists with coaching and teaching the players at both practices and matches to enhance student-athletes' performance both on and off the field.
Identifies and recruit student-athletes who are athletically and academically prepared for an athletic program at ASU.
Performs administrative functions to support the day-to-day operation of the program.
Engages with the student-athletes about school and ensures they adopt healthy lifestyle habits.
Assists Head Coach with preparing for the upcoming season.
Assist the head coach with administrative functions such as scheduling, record-keeping, and managing equipment and inventory.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience coaching or in athletic programs.
3 years of experience coaching athletic programs.
