Overview:

Quinnipiac University invites applications for an Associate Athletic Director, Equipment services to ensure the highest quality of service and efficient operations for the equipment needs of the athletic department. This includes the purchase and payment of all apparel, uniforms and equipment for the department, executing the athletic department’s contract with the equipment and apparel vendors and working with Marketing & Communications on maintaining and promoting the Quinnipiac brand. It also includes oversight of laundry for all teams and maintenance of ice hockey equipment.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity and work in compliance with all University, NCAA, MAAC Conference, ECAC Conference and Big East Conference rules and regulations.

Create and oversee any necessary equipment policies and strategic planning efforts.

Manage the oversight, working relationship and contract adherence with the department's shoe and apparel provider and other vendors and assist head coaches with other team specific equipment contracts as requested.

Purchase, inventory, distribute, collect, maintain and repair of athletic equipment for 21 varsity athletic programs across 3 athletic facilities.
