Job Description

This position oversees the compliance program for the ISU Athletic Department. The Associate Athletic Director for Compliance is responsible for developing, administering, and executing policies and processes to support compliance with NCAA, Big Sky Conference (BSC), and University rules/policies and procedures.
 
This position reports directly to the University General Counsel and will provide leadership as part of the university compliance team; is expected to provide proactive, customer-service oriented services; be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; take dedicated ownership of projects; demonstrate high ethical standards; exhibit a strong commitment to the university's mission; and employ excellent interpersonal skills. Flexible work arrangements may be considered as appropriate based on the needs of the office and the position.
