• Work with the Team Physician for the Health Care of the Student Athletes.
• Create and maintain accurate records of athletic injuries and rehabilitation.
• Assist with administrative tasks required for athletic injury insurance claims.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean Athletic Training Room
• Mentor interns from Mercy University’s Exercise Science Program
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

• Maintain NATA BOC certification
• Maintain Athletic Trainer's license in the state of New York.
• Bachelor's degree required. Physical/Other Requirements:
  
• Must be able to meet all general health requirements for the position as per University policies.
• Must be able to push, pull, move or lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation offered will be commensurate with the educational background and work experience of the individual.
