The Associate Athletics Director for Student-Athlete Revenue Sharing Strategy and Allocation will work with Executive Staff and working groups to finalize revenue sharing models, policies, and procedures for student-athlete compensation. Providing oversight and management, this position is responsible for ensuring accurate tracking and timely payment processing for revenue share compensation and distribution. Will collaborate with Head Coaches or designated staff member(s) to identify and implement competitive advantages within established revenue distribution frameworks.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 4 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

| Preferred Qualifications |
Juris Doctor (J.D.) preferred, strong understanding of NCAA regulations, student-athlete compensation guidelines, and revenue distribution models, knowledge of NCAA, SEC and University policies and procedures preferred.

Oversee the accurate tracking, calculation, and distribution of revenue share payments to student-athletes, ensuring timely processing of payments. Stay informed on changing regulations and best practices regarding revenue share, and ensure compliance across all revenue compensation activities.
