Key Performance Metrics
Gather data, assess new prospects, and develop strategies designed to maximize their lifetime giving potential.
Manage communication strategies to maintain consistent donor engagement throughout the year.
Partner with University Development and Athletics colleagues to ensure continued execution of the Look to Michigan campaign.
Support 3-5 sports, coaches and their staff with their fundraising plans, initiatives and efforts.
Participate in Athletic Development events such as home and away games, on and off-campus donor activities, other athletic events, etc.
All new employees are expected to be in commutable distance to the Ann Arbor campus, unless reported otherwise in the job posting. Michigan Athletics Development positions are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work up to two days per week from February through July.
