The Associate Director of Ticket Sales & Operations reports to Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing and leads all outbound ticket sales efforts for IU Indianapolis Athletics Department. This position is responsible for promoting the philosophy and objectives of the Intercollegiate Athletics Department, including adherence to all department policies and procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the IU Indianapolis, Horizon League, and the NCAA.

This work requires availability outside of normal business hours on some nights and weekends to assist events and promoters and finalize ticket situations.
This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
