Head Women's Basketball Coach
This position is responsible to assist in all phases of a competitive women’s intercollegiate basketball program in compliance with NCAA, America East Conference and institutional rules and regulations. This position is one of two assistant coaches reporting to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach. This position supervises student assistants.
Bryant University is a NCAA Division I program, sponsoring 25 varsity sports, and is a member of the America East and Big South Conferences
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

This position is best filled by an individual with a minimum of 3 – 5 years basketball experience including successful recruiting, coaching and counseling student athletes; preferably at the collegiate level. Undergraduate degree required (Master’s degree preferred). Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed to motivate and supervise athletes and students. A thorough understanding of and experience with NCAA and America East Conference rules and regulations is critical. The ability to manage multiple tasks is essential. Knowledge of related computer applications is important. A valid driver’s license is required for travel. This position has non-standard hours and requires the ability to travel with a substantial time commitment.
