Qualifications

| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor’s degree.

| | Certifications/Licenses |
- A valid driver’s license would be required for this position; Use of personal vehicle in order to travel for business demands.

| | Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities |
- Knowledge of NCAA regulations relative to proper rules of play in the sport of women’s softball. - Good organization skills. - Ability to communicate with student-athletes and the media. - Computer literacy. - Ability to learn Teamworks compliance program.

| | Preferred Qualifications |
- Four (4) years of collegiate softball or baseball coaching experience and playing experience. - Knowledge of Big Ten Conference and NCAA regulations.

| | Equipment Utilized |
- Ability to use a computer, email, editing equipment and recruiting database software. - Must be willing to learn the ARMS and Teamworks compliance software.

Immunization Requirements
