Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required. | | Certifications/Licenses |
- A valid driver’s license would be required for this position; Use of personal vehicle in order to travel for business demands. | | Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities |
- Knowledge of Big Ten Conference and NCAA rules relative to recruiting, and knowledge of NCAA regulations relative to proper rules of play in the sport of women’s basketball. - Good organizational skills. - Ability to effectively communicate with student-athletes, coaches, parents and the media. Computer literacy (particularly with MS Office & Synergy). - Experience with using video software systems to game plan for practice and competition. | | Preferred Qualifications |
- Experience with recruiting and thorough familarity with outstanding players around the country, specifically with top 100 women’s basketball players in the country. - Collegiate basketball coaching and playing experience. - Experience with running summer camps. | | Equipment Utilized |

Immunization Requirements

Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
