Position Description

As Assistant Head Men & Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field Coach, individual will assist the Head Coach in coaching and administration of the NCAA DII intercollegiate programs. This includes, but not limited to: administration of responsibilities of the team, recruiting, team travel, campus, community and alumni outreach and other duties assigned by the Head Coach. Individual will have primary focus on cross country, distance, and mid-distance. Includes nights and weekends.

Serves as Assistant coach for USCB Cross Country & Track & Field program and is responsible for day to day coaching of student-athletes. Specifically responsible for teaching, training, and instructing all aspects of a college level Cross Country & Track & Field program.
