Demonstrated knowledge of sport rules and regulations as well as NCAA DII rules and regulations. Superior oral and written communication skills; effective organization and communication skills; strong computer skills. Skilled in the use of a personal computer, Microsoft Office Suite, Synergy Sports Technology. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, colleagues, student-athletes and subordinates.

Ensures that necessary athletic equipment is available and in proper condition for scheduled practices and competition and makes recommendation for repairs or replacement, as necessary.
