Provides a variety of job duties and activities that support a department, team or individuals.

| Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
Responsibilities include assisting in promoting the athletic department by updating the athletic website, writing and editing press releases, utilizing social media accounts, compiling record statistics, production of game programs, production of video packages and interviews with coaches, student-athletes and administration members, working as the public relations representative of the college at home and some road athletic events, providing game day coverage, and filing weekly reports with conference and national offices.

| Education and/or Experience |
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree. Strong skills in oral and written communication, social media experience and organization are a must.

| Preferred Qualifications |
Previous working experience in collegiate sports information.
|
| Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities |
Previous working experience in collegiate sports information.
Demonstrated knowledge of IBM compatible computers and related software applications such as InDesign, Photoshop, web-design/editing, video production and editing equipment and software, and Stat Crew Automated Scorebook for basketball, soccer/field hockey, volleyball, ice hockey, basball/softball, and lacrosse is essential for application to be considered
