Responsibilities

Research, prepare, communicate, and organize prospective student athlete information and assists with the recruitment of prospective student athletes. Actively engage in the recruiting process with prospect to develop genuine relationships. This includes texting / direct messaging and other methods of correspondence to obtain information from prospects and families. Transfer Portal FBS/FCS with Directors of Scouting (O/D). Staff Updates for the portal tracking and profile tape coordination.

Offensive and Defensive Academic Evaluations. Assist in academic projections for the NCAA Clearinghouse and Florida State University. Maintain reports on every NCAA 48h form, Testing Agency, and Florida State University.

Board Movers and Recap for the coaches and staff. Maintain coaches weekly checklist and research current trends in recruiting. Assist in database management and collection.

Maintain contact sheets and phone logs. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two years experience, or a high school diploma or equivalency and experience equal to six years. (Note: Post-high school education may substitute for required experience at the comparable rate.)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in researching, preparing, communicating, and organizing information.

Familiar with NCAA policies and procedures.
