Job Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with primary aspects of the

NCAA

v House Settlement, including team roster management, specific team revenue-share administration and the overall institutional revenue share administration. In addition, the position has direct oversight of the Athletic Compliance Assistant Director for Financial Aid to ensure proper processing of institutional funds related to tuition/fees, room/board, books and cost of attendance. Proper oversight and administration of changes related to the settlement is a necessity to an athletic compliance unit and an institution’s success in a new age of college athletics. The Associate AD will also provide interpretative assistance in areas of financial aid, roster limits, and student-athlete benefits to coaches and staff while having sport-specific gameday responsibilities.

Bachelor’s (advanced degree preferred (e.g. Masters, Juris Doctor)).

Minimum five-years experience in athletics compliance with working knowledge of

NCAA

financial aid legislation.
