| Position Summary |
The Athletics Marketing & Production Coordinator will support the Athletics External Relations team at all home athletic events, including men’s and women’s basketball games. This position will work directly with external staff to support promotion of La Salle University Athletic teams through all engaging channels.

| Essential Duties |
- Manage streaming broadcasts of home games.
- Plans and implements the internet video streaming of selected athletic events and activities throughout the academic year, including set up and break down for all ESPN+ broadcasts.
- Ensures all streams meet ESPN requirements in alignment with the Atlantic 10 Conference.
- Recruits, trains, and schedules personnel to aid with the set-up and operation of equipment for ESPN+ broadcasts. This includes on-air talent, camera operators, replay system, and graphics.
- Record, and develop game melts for external office usage, as well as opposing schools in alignment with the Atlantic 10 Conference.
- Will assist the Head of External Relations and Director of Marketing & Administration with general marketing and promotional initiatives, finding unique ways to drive attendance and increase school spirit at athletic events.
- Develop and execute marketing plans and promotional calendars for ticketed and non-ticketed sports.
- Under the direction of Head of External Relations and Director of Marketing & Administration, collaborates on key initiatives related to marketing platforms, sponsorship and partnership strategy, integration of partners, in conjunction with University colleagues, for the benefit of the larger institution.
- Support in-game production of home athletics events, with a primary focus on Men’s and Women’s Basketball.
- Assist in administration of the student fan group, working with student leaders and campus partners to engage the La Salle student body and promote attendance at ticketed and non-ticketed games.

- Assist with digital media team to create graphics using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Complete other duties as assigned by Associate Athletic Director, External Relations, or other designee.

| Required Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience required.
- Successful background check clearances including, but not limited to, a PA Criminal Records Check, FBI Fingerprinting Check and PA Child Abuse Clearance Check.
- Understanding of and commitment to the mission of La Salle University.
