Provide neuropsychological assessment, consultation, and clinical mental health treatment for student-athletes with neurodevelopmental disorders and other psychiatric conditions. Provide education and prevention programming on clinical psychological issues to student-athletes, coaches, athletic department staff, and other constituents. The selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Will need to be able to work some evenings and weekends depending on student-athletes’ needs and schedules.

Candidates must have a PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology with a minimum of (2) years’ experience providing mental health services to a college student population. Additional experience to include: neuropsychological evaluation and report writing for
ADHD
and experience working within an interdisciplinary medical setting. Must be current or License-eligible as a psychologist in the state of Nebraska within one year from date of hire.
Prefer two years’ experience providing mental health services to student-athletes and two years’ experience providing psychological skills training for sport. Demonstrated training in principles of performance psychology in a sport setting. Demonstrated contextual and cultural understanding of elite sport systems and individuals.
