Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and Three (3) years of experience with a collegiate or professional football program; experience may include work as a collegiate graduate assistant, full-time position coach, and/or NFL scouting experience.
Position Description:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop & create the Louisville Football brand in collaboration with the vision of the Head Football Coach,Football staff and External Affairs staff. Maintain a consistent commitment to growing the Louisville Football brand.
Manage a team of multiple full-time content creators and student workers. Produce and delegate recruiting content amongst creative team. Oversee creative interns and continue to invest in student help in creative department.
Conceptualize and implement strategic creative media recruiting plans for prospective student-athletes; plan, develop, and execute the creation of the strategy.
Coordinate official and unofficial visit photoshoot sets in collaboration with the creative staff and recruiting staff.
Manage all Louisville Football social media channels across platforms. Create, develop & manage the content used for social media platforms.
Serve as the liaison between the football staff and creative staff. Collaborate with others in athletic department on publishing content for Louisville Football (Football staff, Communications, Marketing, Creative Development)
Provide social media branding education and analytics for recruiting in regard to NIL.
Generate and provide content for current student-athletes using Opendorse.
Develop a plan to ensure cohesiveness and timeliness in content production. Develop a plan for all creative staff on game day, official visits, and unofficial visits.
Manage all Louisville Football Social Media Accounts.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Working experience in a collegiate, Division I FBS football program
Working knowledge of XOS or other related digital coaching software, Hudl, and Twitter
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Effective administrative and organizational skills and ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks and projects according to deadlines.
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge of NCAA and ACC rules and regulations.
