Position Summary

Under the general supervision of the Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs, the Annual Fund and Partnerships Coordinator plays a key role in advancing Sacramento State Athletics’ philanthropic, corporate, and NIL engagement efforts. As an integral member of the development and external affairs team, the incumbent oversees a wide range of donor and partner stewardship initiatives, supports the fulfillment of corporate sponsorships, and assists in the coordination of NIL activations.

This position is responsible for managing donor and partner communications, executing solicitation and stewardship strategies, ensuring timely fulfillment of all sponsorship and NIL deliverables, and supporting game-day and special event operations. The Coordinator maintains accurate donor, partner, and NIL records; prepares performance documentation; and assists in developing reports, renewal materials, and engagement strategies that strengthen philanthropic support and corporate partnerships.
