Do you have experience in Clerical General Level I and II? If so, this position of Clerical General Level III may be your opportunity to continue growing your knowledge in the office setting.

Position Requirements:

*Previous experience in an office setting

*Are knowledgeable in necessary computer operations and office policies and procedures

*Have knowledge in Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

*Supervise other student employees within a given area

*Answering the phone, data entry, filing, typing, and photocopying

*Manual assembly

*Tours

*Assisting faculty and patrons

*Research
