This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with outside 3rd party

transactions and athletic department personnel in accordance with UK,
SEC
&
NCAA
rules and regulations. Monitoring is a pillar of Athletic Compliance and the ability to effectively monitor areas of compliance, specifically personnel and
NIL
, is a necessity to an athletic compliance unit and the ability to avoid an
NCAA
Failure to Monitor charge (one of the highest Level I violations). Monitoring of specific areas and ensuring 3rd party
NIL
deals are administered properly, and in accordance with the
NCAA
Settlement, makes this position critical to ensure compliance with both campus, the
SEC
and the
NCAA
. The Athletic Compliance Asst. Director will also provide interpretative assistance in areas personnel and

under the supervision of the Sr. Associate AD.
