Reporting to the Executive Director of Development, Athletics, the Athletics Development Operations Coordinator will serve a critical role on an energetic, highly-professional, fast-paced fundraising team. The position will serve a variety of roles, including: coordinating the day-to-day operations of the team’s gift processing and gift transmittal functions; serving as liaison with the Athletic Business Office on the development operational budget; providing administrative support for the Executive Director / Director of Donor Relations and Special Events and general office support for the team; serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies, often on complex and confidential issues; performing a variety of administrative, fiscal, staff support, data reporting/management and planning activities. This position requires self-motivation, independent judgment, tact, and diplomacy, and must be able to work easily and effectively with coaches, staff, external constituencies and administrators, while displaying excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $27.94 - $31.42 (Hourly Rate). The Full Salary Range for the salary grade this position is assigned to is $27.34 - $39.18 (Hourly Rate).
