Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary game day manager for all home events.
- Oversee concessions, including ordering, inventory, cash handling, and staff management.
- Produce and distribute game day protocols.
- Manage game day employee hiring, training, and staffing.
- Liaison with game officials, providing a point of contact upon arrival and departure and for questions.
- Coordinate general facility maintenance, including facility requests.
- Oversee game day cash handling.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School graduation or equivalent.
Any combination totaling two (2) years (24 months) from the following categories:
Professional work experience in event coordination.
College course work in any discipline, as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent:
60 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months)
90 semester hours equals two (2) years (24 months)
Preferred Qualifications:
One year demonstrated project management and/or game management experience.
Experience hiring, training, and supervising part-time employees.
