| Job Summary/Basic Function |
The Marketing and Promotions Manager reports to the Associate Athletics Director for Internal Operations. This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
Selected individual will have a strong working knowledge and understanding of all NCAA rules and regulations regarding compliance issues. In accordance with the principles of NCAA compliance, it is understood that any employee who is found in violation of NCAA regulations shall be subject to disciplinary or corrective action as set forth in the provisions of the NCAA enforcement procedures, including suspension without pay or termination of employment for significant or repetitive violations.
