Position Summary
Seattle University has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and skilled educator to serve as Athletic Performance Coach. This position provides leadership, instruction and program support in the area of physical and mental performance training specific to the strength, speed and conditioning development of 290 student-athletes. The university sponsors 17 NCAA Division I sports.
Reporting to the Director of Sports Medicine and Performance, the following are the key responsibilities:
Perform regular cleaning and basic maintenance of performance related training and testing equipment.
Actively maintain professional knowledge base and credentials by researching industry scientific and clinical advancements and innovations.
Marginal Job Functions
Assist with sports nutrition education and meal planning. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Compensation at a Glance
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Seattle University has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, and not based on a candidate’s gender or any other protected status.
