Department of Athletics - Student-Athlete Development
Responsible for coordinating, leading and keeping all records for the Student-Athlete Assistance Fund. Responsible for departmental Expense entry and reconciliation as well as Student-Athlete Assistance Fund related Travel booking and reconciliation.
Assist with Community Outreach programming, and integrating student-athletes into the campus community. Participate on campus committees and work with campus partners to connect student-athletes to campus life.
Assist with initiatives for the Athletics Department in alignment with NCAA compliance. Cultivate campus and community partnerships to build all-encompassing environments.
Assist with career, leadership and personal development programming. Partner with the Career Center to assist in career counseling, resume review and Professional Development networking. Assist with development and implementation of curriculum for Student-Athlete courses: 1) leadership development; and 2) professional development. Responsible for Orientation, Summer Bridge, and other applicable transition programs. Assist with developing programming agenda and identify topics and speakers. Assist with leadership programming including the Student-Athlete Advisory Council and other Leadership Communities.

Bachelor's degree and four years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and eight years of experience. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to ten years.)
