What We Want
Under the supervision of the Director of Counseling and Sport Psychology Services, the Counseling and Sport Psychology Post-Doctoral Fellow will be responsible for assisting in delivering clinical psychology services to student-athletes in an effort to enhance mental health and athletic performance. The primary roles of this position include providing individual and group counseling to student-athletes; athletic performance enhancement counseling and education to individuals and teams; AOD counseling; conducting LD/ADHD screenings; as well as providing outreach and consultation to student-athletes, coaches, and athletic/sports medicine staff members.

Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
Doctoral program in counseling or clinical psychology. Minimum of 550 clinical/direct contact hours. At least one practicum in a university/college counseling center setting.
One year of clinical experience.

Other Requirements and Factors:
Minimum full time (12 month) position in a large university counseling center with an American Psychological -Association (APA) accredited pre-doctoral internship.
Nights, weekends and holidays as required to fulfill assigned duties.
