Reporting to the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Student-Athlete Success, the Athletics Support Assistant will also contribute to event operations, game day management, strategic communications, and special projects. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented emerging professional to support daily operations while receiving meaningful mentorship and professional development.

Assist with compliance operations, including data entry, eligibility tracking, and documentation management.
Support student-athlete success initiatives, including study hall oversight, academic progress tracking, and educational programming.
Maintain accurate and organized records.
Assist with the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) by coordinating meetings, service initiatives, and leadership programming.
Provide administrative support during compliance meetings, orientations, and campus-wide collaborations.
Participate in the planning and execution of home athletic events and game day operations.
Contribute to department-wide special projects and strategic initiatives.
Assist with storytelling and communication efforts, including content gathering and social media.
Attend departmental meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of departmental goals.
Bachelor's degree.
Strong interest in collegiate athletics administration.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
Prior experience as a student-athlete or working in a college athletics department.
The position pays $13.50 per hour for 19 hours or less per week.
