The Athletics Team Manager - Football position assists in the daily organization of a Division II Football program. This position requires 20 hours per week as well as approval from financial aid for Federal Work Study.

This is a year-round opportunity with an anticipated start date of  September 1st, 2023.

Location: On-Campus 

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Before Practice (30 minutes prior to practice)

Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Athletic Team Manager - Football is responsible for practice duties which include, but are not limited to:

Before Practice (30 minutes prior to practice)

• Set up water coolers/bottles and first aid station

• Set up ball bags & equipment kits

• Find a quiet place to do your HW after practice

Before Game

• Assist with team meals

• Inventory equipment kit/ball bags and pack game uniforms for travel

• Set up and secure video camera

• Assist Training Staff setting up water coolers/bottles and first aid station 

During Game

• Video record game

• Maintain water cooler/bottles and first aid station

• Stat tracking

After Game

• Assist with breakdown

• Secure Video Recording Equipment

• Collect and inventory uniforms

• Collect and inventory all equipment

• Organization and tracking skills

• Brings positive energy & motivation to the department 

• Customer service and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong time management skills
