Duties/Expectations :

• Assist players in enhancing their personal and professional skill sets
• Support student-athletes in various facets of their player and personnel development
• Serve as the primary communicator with current players on NIL opportunities and strategies
• Serve as a liaison between BYU administration and the Royal Blue Collective
• Collaborate closely and regularly with BYU Athletics¿ Corporate Sponsorship Team
• Fundraise with the university, Royal Blue Collective, alumni, and other groups that support BYU's men's basketball team
• Compliance to NCAAand university rules and regulations

What Qualifies You to Apply?

Required :

• Bachelor's Degree (must have required degree by start date)
• 4 years college basketball playing and/or coaching experience
• Knowledge and understanding of Division I basketball and NCAA rules and regulations
• Willingness to uphold and live by the university's Honor Code
• All new employees who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be required to hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend, which may be verified during the application process.

Preferred :

• Division I athletics playing, coaching, or administrative experience (strongly preferred)
