Position Summary:

Henderson State University is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic individual for the position of Women's Softball Head Coach.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coaching and advising athletes
• Recruiting;
  
• Implementing a budget and fundraising;
  
• This position may also teach activity courses in Health, Physical Education, Recreation Department.
  

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Successful candidate will have the ability to work well with student athletes and administrators.

Experience in recruiting and familiarity with NCAA rules and guidelines are important.

General Days/Hours:

Additional hours as requested and/or needed
Regular and reliable attendance
